Refreshing Smoothie

Today I started the day with one my favourite smoothies:

1 banana (can be cut into small pieces and frozen, or fresh)

100g of raw spinach

250ml organic apple juice

juice of 1 lime

You need a blender, obviously.  The banana had been cut into small pieces and frozen.  Delicious, and refreshing.
