I have been learning some new features in WordPress Block Editor – so I did this to put my new skills into practice. This is my actual schedule, as it currently stands. Times may vary a bit but been following this particular routine for about 18 months now.

Exercise Timetable

Monday

9:30 – 10:30 fitness_kaykay – 60M INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT | High Intensity Bodyweight

Tuesday

9:30 – 10:30 – 8 to 10km run on the common

Wednesday

9:30 – 10:30 – STRENGTH
Barbell&Dumbbells&ankle weights circuit x3

18:30 – 20:00 – Capoeira @ Mojubá

Thursday

9:30 – 10:30 – Heather Robertson – No Repeat HIIT

14:00 – 15:00 – 5km Walk

Friday

9:30 – 10:30 – fitness_kaykay – 60M STANDING CARDIO WORKOUT


18:30 – 20:30 – Capoeira @ Mojubá

Saturday

9:30 – 10:30 – 8 to 10km run on the common

Sunday

10:00 – 11:30 – Capoeira @ Mojubá
